How our potential relationship works
1) You contact us and give a brief overview of what needs to be resolved.
2) If the solution is more than a "simple fix" we supply you with a consultation form and design parameters sheet. This is
to try to make sure nothing is missed by either of us in the consultation process. We will also provide you with our full
terms and conditions.
3) A consultation meeting is arranged unless the solution does not require this.
4) If you are not convinced our Excel spreadsheet services will meet your needs, there is no charge for the consultation.
5) If a mutually beneficial contract is agreed we will undertake the project for you, working from our own offices wherever
possible.
6) We are happy to discuss your post completion support needs pre, post or during the project
